Can I see a proof before you ship my order?

No, I'm sorry but I cannot provide a proof. Proofs will be offered on all custom listings, but are subject to a small design fee.

Please know, that if I ever question a design, I will confirm with you prior to creating your order. Providing proofs would increase my processing time and delay shipment to you. I appreciate your understanding!

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the volume of orders, I can not accept cancellations. Thank you for understanding!

What's the status of my order?

Please read the processing times in the Shop Announcement and on the individual listing. I am unable to rush orders once your order is placed. If you need expedited service, please message me beforehand to ensure availability and for applicable fees.

Magnolia Jacks is NOT responsible for the loss and/or damage during shipping.

Once your item is created and carefully packaged, you will receive an Etsy shipment notification. In that notification, you will find your USPS or UPS tracking number for your package. Please note, at times it does take up to 48 hours for your package to be scanned into the system.

In the rare event you experience damage or a lost package, you will need to contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim with them, NOT Magnolia Jacks.
